Opportunity:
With an out-of-date website, Vivace was missing a digital experience that would compliment the ‘real world’ coffee and cafe experiences. By creating a new website it would provide a channel for customers to learn more their products and brand as well as providing a much needed digital presence.
Goal:
Architect and design a website that would both meet the needs of customers as well as be an digital aesthetic extension of the in-store experience.
My Role:
As research lead, I was responsible for developing a research plan and lead on all research activities.
As a supporting designer, I created wireframes, flows and mockups that would be used to inform the final design.
